• Blue Hill in Manhattan is a wonderful place that I'd love to visit again. • Their farm-to-table concept is simply amazing. They started with a restaurant in upstate New York and now have one in NYC too. • What I really liked is that their veggies are grown on their own farm, and the meats and fish are provided by their partners. You can taste the fresh difference! • The interior has a simple yet classy vibe, with lovely flowers adorning the space. • The food is served as a mix of different dishes in a four-course tasting menu. • They did an excellent job accommodating my dislikes and allergy requests. • The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

A heaven for foodies, this quaint village brownstone serves outstanding fresh meal made with produce sourced from the Stone Barns farm and other excellent origins. The menu changes based on the seasonal produce, the service is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the design is clean, comfortable, and a fit for the food. The family meal concept is great - prix fix family style, and the restaurant wears its Michelin star and green star proudly. Thank you for a phenomenal experience!

Blue hill really lived up to my expectations. The city location is low key space that you you walk into and really do feel that family type dynamic. Small space, not overcrowded & if you get the garden room you walk through / past the kitchen which was fun. The food was insane, it’s farm to table 4 course meal, and they can serve to accommodate any allergy. I couldn’t believe the portions, the flavours, all in all I’d go again.

Amazing farm to table tasting courses in the city! Fresh food. Love all fish dishes. Great place to dine with your family or your close ones. A little pricey but worth it.

Nice family style restaurant with a cozy feel to the interior. For lunch, the food was good and it was a lot for 2 people to finish, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The rice pudding and ice cream with granola at the end was amazing if you like rice pudding

Nestled in Manhattan, Family Meal at Blue Hill is a one-Michelin-star gem that delivers an elevated contemporary American dining experience with a farm-to-table philosophy. From the moment you step in, the warm, inviting ambiance transports you to something reminiscent of Los Angeles’ modern dining scene, with sleek decor and a low-lit atmosphere that balances both comfort and intimacy. The four-course meal was beautifully executed, with dishes that showcased the seasonal and farm-fresh ingredients. Though I couldn’t try certain offerings—such as the squid ink and oysters—due to dietary restrictions, the presentation was impeccable, and every other dish delivered on flavor. The meal began with an artisan bread and butter spread that was simple yet indulgent—a promising start. The highlight for me was the tilefish over lentils, a dish that was both buttery and hearty, with perfectly balanced flavors. The grass-fed beef followed, melting in my mouth over Carolina rice sea peas, and topped with crisp kale chips. The side of fennel and celery salad was a thoughtful addition, bringing a refreshing contrast to the richness of the dish. For dessert, the almond ice cream over a buckwheat pancake with caramelized apples was an elegant finale. While I personally could have done without the apples, the combination of flavors and textures made it a satisfying and well-rounded dessert. Overall, Family Meal at Blue Hill is a restaurant I’d highly recommend. The thoughtful execution of farm-to-table cuisine, paired with a welcoming ambiance and impeccable service, makes for a truly special dining experience. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or simply looking for a memorable night out, this spot is worth visiting.

Truly exceptional, but didn’t we know that already? They customized vegetarian meals for me and dad while my partner ate the freshest fish and meats to his hearts desire. They truly know how to make ingredients sing. We also had the wine pairing and I don’t know when I’ll have wine like that again- nothing hits the same anymore. Can’t wait to make a trip update to the farm one day

Had an absolutely lovely evening dining here. Food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Not even sure where to start with the food but every dish was delightful (except the crudite, it wasn't bad but I could've done without it). One of my favorites was the bread they served. So soft, so warm, I could've eaten that all day. I was absolutely stuffed by the end of the night. Sometimes you're afraid that you'd leave these Michelin starred restaurants wanting more but nope, not here. A great place for a classy yet homey meal.
